1. Enter in your email address, as well as your eNotices reference number*
(you can find your reference number below the eNotices logo on the back of your rates notice)
2. Check your email inbox for an email activation link**
3. Create a password and enter your mobile number.

Once registered, all future rate notices will be sent to you via email, and no further paper copies will be issued whilst your registration remains active. To view any current or previously issued rate notice that are in your name, log in to your eNotices account and visit your dashboard.
*If you do not have a unique reference number but you would like to register for email notices, you can submit a request here. When submitting a general rates request, please ensure that you have included a short description about your enquiry.
**If you have not received your email activation link, please check your spam folder and also ensure that you have added noreply@formsport.com.au to your safe senders list.
