Seen or heard an issue while you are out and about in Hobsons Bay?
 
By visiting the report an issue page on My Hobsons Bay Hub, you are able to report an issue as well as view issues that others have reported. 

If your issue is listed, we are aware of it and you don’t need to report it again. If you see or hear something else that needs our action, let us know by reporting a new issue. Please provide as much detail as you can and add a photo to help us resolve it as quickly as possible. 
 
Once you have submitted the form, your request will be forwarded to the relevant team for evaluation and processing. You can monitor the status of your request at any time on My Hobsons Bay Hub, and you'll receive a notification once it has been actioned. Additionally, you might be contacted in case additional information is needed.
