To quickly and easily report any parking and traffic issues via our online form, visit the report an issue page.

Issues may include (but are not limited to): abandoned or derelict vehicles, illegal parking, nuisance vehicles, over-sized vehicles, ticket machine faults or traffic management issues.
  
Once you have submitted the form, your request will be forwarded to the relevant team for evaluation and processing. You can monitor the status of your request at any time on My Hobsons Bay Hub, and you'll receive a notification once it has been actioned. Additionally, you might be contacted in case additional information is needed.
