To quickly and easily report any stormwater and drain issues via our online form, visit the report an issue page.

Issues may include (but are not limited to) blocked stormwater drains, stormwater over roads and damaged stormwater pits.

Once you have submitted the form, your request will be forwarded to the relevant team for evaluation and processing. You can monitor the status of your request at any time on My Hobsons Bay Hub, and you'll receive a notification once it has been actioned. Additionally, you might be contacted in case additional information is needed.
