Issues may include (but are not limited to) dead or diseased trees, elm leaf beetle, fallen trees or branches, overgrown vegetation, stump removal, tree planting and trees touching overhead lines.

Once you have submitted the form, your request will be forwarded to the relevant team for evaluation and processing. You can monitor the status of your request at any time on My Hobsons Bay Hub, and you'll receive a notification once it has been actioned. Additionally, you might be contacted in case additional information is needed.
